AIR MILES® Reward Program F.A.Q.

What is the AIR MILES Reward Program and how does it work?

AIR MILES® is Canada’s most popular loyalty program with over 300+ Partners and thousands of places to get Miles. Collectors show their AIR MILES® card when they shop at participating partners across Canada and they get Miles on qualifying purchases. Once they are ready, collectors simply visit airmiles.ca/rewards to choose their reward.

 

Not a Collector? Not a Problem!

Join for free at https://quickjoin.airmiles.ca/en/home and get 25 Miles** just for signing up using our link. Once enrolled, Collectors receive their collector number on-the-spot and can start getting Miles right away. Your AIR MILES card in the mail within 2 weeks. You must be 16 years of age or older.

 

I haven't received my Miles yet, What do I do?

(Less than 60 Days) Please allow up to 60 days from purchase date for Miles to appear in your AIR MILES collector account.

 

(Over 60 Days) Please visit airmiles.ca/en/get-help and complete the form. Have your transaction details ready when contacting the AIR MILES Reward Program, as transaction information will be required.
